- As you ask for servicing, only send the device. No accessories are needed (battery, box...)

Warranty terms, range CA2000 PX PRO, CA2000 PX PRO GOLD

1) The CA2000 PX•PRO™ breathalyzer is guaranteed for a 2 year period starting at the purchase date. This warranty is only effective if the name of the purchaser, purchase date, name and address of the distributor are mentioned onto the invoice.
2) Warranty does not cover the result or damage given to the device due to a wrong use or other cases not mentioned here.
3) Warranty is applicable in the country where the breathalyzer is officially commercialized by PELIMEX SA or a agreed distributor.
4) PELIMEX SA can in any case replace a device if it consider it necesary and accurate.
5) Every reparation during warranty period does not extend warranty time.
6) After warranty expiry PELIMEX SA supplies the necessary parts and technical support for repair during 5 years and servicing costs are at charge of the customer.
7) Maintainance operations or reparations after wrong utilisation are not coverd by warranty.
8) The CA2000 PX•PRO™ loses warranty in case of wrong utilisation, extended sun exposition, for all damages due to extreme temperatures,  breakdown, etc… Warranty is also cancelled if the device has been opened, or if the control stickers at the rear side of the unit have been taked off or ripped off. Batteries, default due to wrong utilisation are even not covered by warranty..
9) If you think that the CA2000 PX•PRO™ is defective and does not work correctly, check the battery before sending it back for servicing. If it still works bad, return the device for maintainance to PELIMEX after sales.
10) Pelimex SA does not take the responsabilty of wrong results obtained if the device has not been controlled in the indicated period, meaning at least once per year or over 300 measures, at the first reached point.
